It’s never too late to learn – a business degree goes to our coordinator

For the past few weeks, Regina has been learning how to run a small-scale agribusiness, particularly in the context of a children’s home that strives for food and economic self-sufficiency. The course was intensive and full of practical knowledge, covering topics such as growing vegetables and fruit, raising poultry, running a permaculture garden, water and compost management, as well as processing products and selling them locally.

Regina also learned how to create a simple business plan, manage a budget, and use available resources in a sustainable way without waste. This business model can not only provide children with fresh and healthy food, but also become a source of education and income for the entire community. This is just the beginning – but it is already clear that this initiative has real value and meaning. 🌿💪

Much attention was also devoted to farm management—from production planning, through the basics of accounting and local marketing, to the sale of farm products.

This is a huge step towards building a place that not only gives children a roof over their heads, but also education, food from their own crops, and real opportunities for a better future. 🌱🐓📊

Today’s graduation ceremony was the joyful culmination of learning and exams. CONGRATULATIONS!
